They promised so many times, but in the end, it all turned out the same—nothing
I mean you still get perma banned pretty quick if you play too well or get reported too many times in 21 days, even in safe mode considering how terrible their automated reporting system is, not the anti-cheat. This is why you should play on accounts with endorsement level higher than 1, credit profile pictures and banners, and never use default skins

Yeah, true. I’ve already been banned like 3 or 4 times

I've already identified the cause of the crash. I promised the update would be released yesterday, but it will actually come out today—sorry for the delay. But this time, I'm sure the issue will be fixed.

The problem was with the local player. The cheat wasn't correctly detecting whether your hero was alive or dead. That's why the ESP was still working even after you died, which shouldn't happen. Because of this, when the match ended or you changed characters, or you were in the game menu, the cheat still thought you were in the match.

This caused a crash because the cheat kept working in memory addresses that no longer existed after you left the game. Since it was trying to access something that was no longer there, the game would crash. This issue will be fixed in today's update.

We have resolved the issue on most computers; however, the problem may still occur for users with lower FPS. A special thanks to @oxt212 and @sushi_insano4 for their assistance with the update. This thread will now be closed. If the issue persists frequently, please feel free to contact us or open a ticket for further support.
