Quick note. If you don't follow what's said. You will/could face a ban
Step 1 - ESP
Don't use ESP. When you start cheating for the first time or even a long time your first instinct is to turn on ESP to look extra good. Don't. I've been cheating since 2014. Even I let it slip that I'm using ESP. Here are steps you can use to avoid being caught lacking:
• Step 1 - Toggle
Toggling ESP can save you a ban. Enabling it very quickly and disabling it just to have a slight advantage on where the enemies are is enough to carry you and your team to victory. You can argue all you want. But, for example on OW2 perfectly predicting players (Mainly widow and sombra) is a quick road to a ban
• Step 2 - Soft ESP
Only enable something like Skeleton or box. You don't need anything else. The more you clutter your screen the less you'll see and the more obvious you'll look.
Step 2 - Aimbot
You want to be the best. We all get it. Keeping FOV high and smoothing low to look Pro. Just to face a ban a few days later. Here are some steps:
• Step 1 - Smoothing
Keep. Smoothing. High. I see people use aimbot like it's a lock-on machine. Keep it high. I myself keep my OW2 smoothing for example on 75. 5 below the max amount of smoothing. It feels like a controller aim assist but by god does it help.
• Step 2 - FOV
Lower that FOV. You don't need it to be on max. All you're doing is holding left click and letting the admins get a free ban. Keep it a bit bigger than your crosshair. If it's a big crosshair. Turn on the FOV lines and make it a tad bit bigger. Just so it circles the crosshair. You won't be flicking left and right trying to hit 2 people at once.
Step 3 - Learning to Play without cheats
Yeah yeah it's boring. Cheats are the only reason you play games. But, if you want to keep away from being banned. Spend at MINIMUM 50-100 hours WITHOUT cheats. You will learn the basics of the game. Line-ups and even common shoot spots. If you're looking at the ground flicking up and looking like a bot. You will get banned. You're looking through walls and generally acting blatant. You will get banned. Learn To Play before you Destroy With Cheats.
Step 4 - Reports (Suggested by Jamous2019)
Toxicity is a big no on OW2. Emotes, trash talking or anything toxic will lead to reports. Which will be investigated. The rule is always this. "If you're going to do a crime. Do it one at a time. Never more". Cheating and Toxicity will get you spot on very quickly. More so if the staff do a manual review of the match. You might either get suspended or banned. Best to either cheat. Or be toxic. Never intertwine them both!
Conclusion: Don't be stupid with it.
