Overwatch game crash!

Hello,
In some specific cases, there have been reports of people experiencing game freezes and crashes.
This is a common issue that I haven't been able to fix yet because it doesn't occur on my computer, which makes maintenance difficult.
So, if anyone who is experiencing this issue volunteers to help us fix it, we will provide an additional +7 days of access.
We need to address this so future users don't encounter the same problem, and everyone can play smoothly.

Requirements to volunteer:

• The game freezes every 5 minutes or less during gameplay.
• Agree to allow us remote access to your computer using the software: AnyDesk, so we can try to identify the cause of the problem.
• Be available to monitor our actions for at least 1 hour during the remote session.
• We will not perform any invasive actions during the remote access without your explicit permission.

Are you sure it is a computer hardware or optimization issue.I dont think it is happening because of my pc since I have optimized my settings and close all other tabs. Perhaps It seems to be related to the external software causing the game to crash. It happens often enough it gets in the way but random so not every 5 minutes,more like every 40 minutes.Pretty difficult issue that needs to be solved asap. I am sure you can make yours crash on purpose to get the same error by running the game enough or overloading it.

I have the same issue – if I play for an hour or two, it doesn’t crash, but when I start the game again, it crashes after 20–30 minutes + That's why it needs to be fixed quickly

Yes. I can confirm that it started around the end of season 14 till this moment in season 15

In the last season, you could play 24/7, but now I play for a while, and it kicks me out.

For me I experiecne bluescreen on windows. I opened the cheat then opened ow2 and immdiatly bluescreened

The crash issue seems to be better not sure if it's completely gone yet. The advanced keys feature sounds great but for me it is unable and there is no option to select specific control keys using the cheat menu such as doom fist secondary fire punch aimbot on LT since it is kbm to access the cheat menu

Yeah, the crash issue still persists, just less often more like every 2 hours now for me.Maybe it might be caused by opening the cheat midgame or something like computer tabs in the background

The goal is to gradually extend the crash time until it disappears completely. I have a second computer experiencing the same issue, crashing after about two hours, so now it will be easier to fix this bug. We'll be releasing another update soon.

It means that the same problem still occurs. Even when I was in the lobby for about 10 minutes, I got kicked out immediately

it seems to happen much more likely when you reload and play with the cheats menu mid game.Maybe the issue has something to do with the current overwatch replay error bug where it says client requested disconnect when you view a replay

I just found out that this game crash bug error apparently shows up as an application in the battle net files. Is this well known thing that appears when you open the cheat or is this a secret anti cheat disconnect software.Not sure if I should delete it or what

I don't know whether to delete it or not, but the thing is, last season the game was running fine—I could play 24/7. Now, I can only play one or two matches before I get kicked out and receive this error message. I think it's actually the anti-cheat detecting something and disconnecting me because it seems impossible that it would just kick me out in the middle of a match like that

The cheat will be updated tomorrow, 03/16/2025, to permanently fix the crash issue.

Might have been delayed a bit maybe to refine it.The overwatch dev blog did say about how they are developing new tech that stops and blocks cheats from working properly. Not sure how this is going to turn out since they always say this but who knows
